Beyond The Book.

Creating an Inclusive Environment at the University of Calgary

Beyond the Book Club is a book club that allows students to combine their passion for reading with advocacy, focusing on a wide range of themes; from books written by female, BIPOC, and immigrant authors to different topics being covered such as mental health and conflicts in developing countries.

If you are a book-worm or simply want to be involved in change, this is the perfect club for you. Here, we go “beyond the book”, and truly create a welcoming space for all members through our various events and fundraisers.
